Child Safety Standards

Clubr is a club-management platform for cycling clubs, operated by Vulpo (“Clubr”, “we”, “us”). We have a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our standards against CSAE, how we prevent and respond to it, and how anyone can report a concern.

Our zero-tolerance commitment

Content that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or otherwise harms children has no place on Clubr. This applies to every part of the service — profiles, photos, messages, comments and any other user-generated content. We prohibit, and act to remove:

• child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form;
• the sexualisation of, or sexually explicit conduct involving, minors;
• grooming, solicitation, enticement, or any attempt to sexually exploit a child;
• trafficking, or the facilitation of abuse or exploitation of a child.

How we prevent and detect abuse

• Clubr is designed for organised cycling clubs and their adult members and administrators; it is not directed at children.
• Club administrators manage who joins their club and are responsible for the conduct of their members.
• User-generated content can be reported by any member, and administrators can remove content and members from their club.
• We review reports promptly and remove violating content and accounts.

How we respond to reports

When we become aware of CSAE, we act quickly to:

• remove the offending content and preserve relevant evidence;
• suspend or permanently ban the accounts responsible;
• report to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or competent law-enforcement and hotline bodies in Belgium and the European Union such as Child Focus;
• cooperate with law enforcement as required by applicable law.

How to report a concern

If you encounter content or behaviour that may involve the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child on Clubr, please report it to us immediately at hello@clubr.cc. Include a link or description of the content and the account involved so we can act. Reports are handled confidentially and treated as our highest priority.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services (112 in the European Union) first. In Belgium you can also contact Child Focus on 116 000. Suspected material can be reported to NCMEC’s CyberTipline.

Legal compliance

We comply with applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate, and with the child-safety requirements of the app stores that distribute our mobile apps. Nothing in this document limits any obligation we have under applicable law.
