Refund Policy

Clubr is a yearly subscription for cycling clubs, operated by Vulpo. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you change your mind, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. Contact us within that window and we will refund the charge in full, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle.
After the 14-day window
Once the 14-day window has passed, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused time. To avoid being charged for a period you don’t want, cancel before your renewal date — see “Cancelling” below.
Try before you pay
Every club also starts with a free trial and full access before any payment is taken, so you can evaluate Clubr at no cost and no risk before subscribing. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure Clubr is right for your club.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your club’s billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — your club keeps access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
How to request a refund
Email hello@clubr.cc within 14 days of your payment with the email address on your account, and we’ll take care of it.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law, or the buyer terms of our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Where such a right or obligation applies, it prevails over this policy.
