These terms govern your use of Clubr, a platform that helps cycling clubs organise members, rides and events. Clubr is operated by Vulpo (“Clubr”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

Clubr provides club management tools through our web and mobile apps: membership, ride and event scheduling, routes, and related features. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the service.

Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Club administrators are responsible for managing their club’s members and the data they add.
• You must be authorised to act on behalf of a club to administer it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

• break the law, infringe others’ rights, or upload harmful or illegal content;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• use the service to send spam or to harvest others’ personal data.

Subscriptions & billing

Clubs subscribe on an annual basis. Pricing is shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, whose buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial payment — see our Refund Policy.

Your data

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the content you add; you grant us the permissions needed to operate the service for you.

Availability & liability

We work to keep Clubr reliable but provide it “as is”, without warranties, and we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using Clubr and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. You can request deletion of your account and data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgium, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
